Returns
Due to the nature of live poultry products, returns are not accepted once the birds or chicks have been delivered. This is to ensure the health and safety of all animals.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- If the wrong product was delivered
- If the order was not delivered
- If the birds are found dead on arrival (DOA) during delivery
To claim a refund for dead-on-arrival birds, customers must provide clear photos or videos within 2 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the customer provides incorrect shipping details
- If the complaint is reported after the allowed time
- If the bird dies due to improper care after delivery
- If the customer simply changes their mind after the order is shipped
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
